Celebrating Christmas with underprivileged children focuses on spreading joy, dignity, and warmth through inclusive activities and essential support. In 2025, various organizations have highlighted the impact of these celebrations through community-driven events.
We at Jeevantirth, organized a joyful and meaningful Natal Carnival for our beloved children at Saraswati Shaikshinik Sankul -Ranip with the generous support of “Friends of Jeevantirth”.
The day was filled with laughter, stage shows, love, dance and countless happy moments in the overwhelming presence of 750 children reminded us what this season is truly about – sharing and caring.
Children captured the stage for three hours with their boundless creativity and expressed their talents with themes like; ‘Gender Equality’, ‘Taking Care of the Elders’, ‘Anti-Addiction’, ‘Mobile Addiction’ and ‘Environment Protection’. Not only the skits, but even action songs were theme based; expressing ‘Patriotism’ and great ‘Traditional Cultural Heritage’ like Operation Sindur and Garba.
We realised that children are and can be powerful agents of change, influencing families and communities on social-educational-environmental issues bringing fresh perspectives, high energy, often driving behavioural shifts adults might resist, especially when given empowerment through education and platforms to act on their ideas for a better world.
We express our Gratitude from the deepest of our heart on behalf of our children of ‘Friends of Jeevantirth’ like you and Rotary Clubs’ representatives in coordination of Ms. Gitika Saluja, Brindaben of Aatmiy Foundation, Doliben, Jannyben of Manthan Helping Hand, Raj and Pinki of Karke Dekho Achchaa Lagatahai, Samvedna Trust – Kumudben and Rashminbhai, Piyushbhai and Meenaben of Lion’s Club, Hinaben of Rushil Gas, Rameshbhai of Gients, functionaries of SSS and others for filling gift-bags of children not only with food-stuffs and toys but with laughter and transformational messages. We truly appreciate the wonderful work of ‘care & love giver and education facilitators’ of our team – BaalMitras.
